beautifull. I tink that is a very foolish topic, but to answer your question, mortality rates will rise, life expectancy willl drop even lower, and chaos will reign free. This will inevitabely lead to a civil war coz someone will have to be blamed and beaten up for whatever is happening, while the core source (the west) is funding the killing.

Life would change for the better.
