Aka 88, I don't know why u closed the topic--probably coz u don't want contradiction. But I gotta tell you this. I see ur point on "Does witchcraft exist?" One thing u gotta keep in mind is that Zambia doesn't represent the whole Africa. If in Zed they do it, as u mentioned about the Lunda thing, it doesn't mean everywhere in Africa they do it. Am African 100%, not necessarily Zambian 100%. U see my point? I did notice in Zambia they sell love portion and the like, but trust me, u don't find that everywhere else in Africa. Therefore, if u decide to put up topics regarding African culture--please specify the Country. However, witch exist everywhere, everyone knows that--the only part I do not agree with u is that u are claiming that it's a culture in Africa....as far as I'm concerned, at least where I grew up--witchcraft is a CHOICE!!!!!!!!

where did you grew up beauty282? congo or somewhere in africa if it is not zed. i agree with you witchcraft is a choice, i know people who had been known to be one and i still believed that they were though i believe not or fear witchcraft at all coz it tend to affect mostly people who believe too much about it and at the same time these pipo who
fear the witches which in case i do sense does give the witch the power to prey on peoples fears. coming to aka's belief that witches is more of a culture in africa is something i do not believe in, even in western culture we have these pipo who form some kind of cult which if in africa we would still classfy them as witches, so i would say witchcraft isn't just african but universal and it also differ from continent to continent.

Metal are those witch craft chants you've written there???

Guys personally I don't think people or witches can fly on spoon or on a ulupe...however I do bellive a combination of potions and psychological manipulation could lead someone into being cursed or pilot someone in failure or whatever the witch has engineered.

Beauty I agree with you witch craft is choice or at least in some cases witchcraft is a family practice that gets passed on from generation to generation. I think its the latter AKA88 had in mind when she represented witchcraft as a culture in Africa!!! So I think its a casse of missrepresentation but then I can not speak for Miss Ak88, who I think should have stayed to finish her thread!!
